Who are we looking for
The figure we are looking for is a middle manager with experience in ICT consulting responsible for managing and coordinating technology projects, including high-level software design and change management in business processes. You are the ideal candidate if you are a curious and passionate person who can act as a bridge between customers and development teams to ensure that the proposed technology solutions fully meet business needs.
Responsibilities/Sprecific functions
- Business Process Change Management: Planning and leading the implementation of business process changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, using approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Software Requirements Gathering and High-Level Design: Work closely with customers to identify their technology needs and translate them into functional and non-functional software requirements. Oversee the creation of high-level system architectures and designs to ensure strategic and technically sound alignment.
- Project Management: Supervise technology consultancy projects from planning to implementation, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
- Leadership and Team Development: Leading and developing team competencies, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Customer Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with customers, understanding their needs and proposing appropriate ICT solutions.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Stimulate innovation within teams and promote the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project status, team performance and financial results for management.
Key Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the ICT sector, with a significant focus on project and team management, as well as proven experience in change management and requirements gathering.
- Technological Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in the ICT sector.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Organisational skills: Strong time management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Change Management
- Knowledge of major Large Language Models (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
