Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Service Desk Operator with at least 4 years of experience to add to our work team for activities in the Automotive industry

Responsibilities/Sprecific functions

  • Help desk 2 level
  • Carsharing customer ticket analysis and management
  • Support and ticket management towards 3 level
  • Operational activities such as firmware updates, device configuration, log analysis etc.
  • Production of operational or procedural manuals

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of the MySQL language
  • Ability to create/edit MySQL queries
  • Knowledge of basic Linux commands
  • Good knowledge of Jira
  • Willingness to be on call h24 on shift
  • Excellent use of Excel and PPT (reports, tables, charts etc)
